Sensorless AC Motor Vector Control VFD Drive for Vibration Feeders
Vibration Feeders are designed to move large volumes of bulk materials at either fixed or variable feed rates. The long stroke and the low frequency of these feeders make them ideal for handling a variety of materials such as coal, coke, rock, sand, and chemicals in sizes from large lumps to fine grains. The feeder typically uses the vibratory action developed by a motor driven eccentric shaft and two-mass coil springs.

Features of 303 series Vibration Feeders application
Features |
Benefits |
flexible input methods |
1. Speed input-Take running speed of the motor as the control objective Speed input consists of the main speed input, auxiliary speed input and inching speed input, etc. The actual effective combined speed input can be either of the three or the combination of either of the two. 2. Torque input-Take output torque of the motor as the control objective Set output torque of the motor directly, particularly suited to application fields requiring tension control. |
DC Braking |
Braking frequency: 0.1~60Hz Braking time: 0~30 seconds Braking current: 0~100% rated current |
Terminal-Peripheral equipment control |
Control start/stop with the contact or button to simply realize the automation control of the entire equipment system. |
Vector control 0 |
Real time estimates speed information of the motor only, without feedback control, real-time closed-loop control of the current all the way, 0.50 Hz outputs rated torque of up to 150%, track load change and limit output current automatically to make it not exceed the permitted maximum current value. No overcurrent error even if load mutation, rapid acceleration and deceleration to realize high performance and high reliability configuration of the universal Inverter. |
S curve acceleration/deceleration mode |
S curve acceleration/deceleration can reduce impact to the machine at start/stop time, and suitable for the start/stop process for loads of handling and transmission categories. |

Tips:
A variable-frequency drive (VFD) is a system for controlling the rotational speed of an alternating current (AC) electric motor by controlling the frequency of the electrical power supplied to the motor. A variable frequency drive is a specific type of adjustable-speed drive. Variable-frequency drives are also known as adjustable-frequency drives (AFD), variable-speed drives (VSD), AC drives, microdrives or inverter drives. Since the voltage is varied along with frequency, these are sometimes also called VVVF (variable voltage variable frequency) drives.
